As of this point, I recommend Singtel. My experience with the M1 and Starhub sets were dismal and patchy.

Like all tech things, the service may have improved. Anyone knows, please post updates here! =)

Generally, you can ignore the Singtel (max download cap of 30GB). By doing normal trading at 1Mbps, you can never reach 30GB of downloads. That would require like 6 hours of non-stop full 1 Mbps usage every single day (which you may not even get!)
